This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website Salomestyles.com and any other website or application that directs you to this Returns and Exchanges Policy (collectively, the "Site"). All Salome Styles purchases may only be returned to the shipping address. Please contact us for any online-specific return policy information or visit Returns and Exchanges for in-person purchases.
Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 7 days from the ship date. Your packing slip provides a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to one of our stores.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive notification on return of your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
